Dustin and Brad Neat both have backgrounds in logistics, sales, and business operations.  Both worked alongside their father, Greg Neat, to build Neat & Wilson into one of the largest sales and distribution channels of agricultural products in the United States. With their background in agriculture and sales experience, they realized a need to offer items outside of the Neat & Wilson product assortment.  Neat Brothers was formed and later evolved into Neat Distributing. Early offerings included precast feeders, waterer pads, and cattle guards for the agricultural industry. Soon after, a local septic tank manufacturer was acquired, adding to the Neat Distributing product assortment.  As time progressed and the business grew, other products were added such as HDPE drainage pipe, galvanized corrugated pipe, fencing, posts, and more.
